Corporate catering does this and more. Ambrosia Caterers is committed to helping you accomplish your goals with our outstanding food and fare. We are a full-service catering company providing many levels of service specific to your immediate needs. Whether it is a business lunch delivery with set up, or a full blown special event, Ambrosia Caterers is your go to company for seamless yet memorable foodservice. We partner with you to create and execute the service necessary to make your meeting or event an ultimate success.

We appreciate as much advance notice as possible to insure our best service. We will be happy to help you tailor a menu to your budget and your tastes. Breakfast orders must allow 24 hour notice. Lunch orders by 2 pm for the next business day.

You can count on Ambrosia Caterers for on time delivery to the Baltimore, Washington, DC area. Our full service catering is available within a 100 mile radius of our kitchen. Delivery charges are based on distance and may or may not apply. Orders including chafing dishes or equipment pickups are charged an additional $1000 per delivery. Please consult with your Account Executive for special set-up needs and additional pricing that may apply.

Your corporate delivery order will be presented on disposable platters and pans. If required, buffet equipment like chafing dishes, linens, and china service are available at an additional charge. Chafing racks and sterno may be purchased for hot food selections that require on-site heating at $7.00 each.

Corporate lunch orders will be billed at net 15 or payment may be made upon delivery. Full service contract catering must be paid in full five business days in advance of the event.

Cancellation must be received by your account executive via e-mail or in written form no later than 10 am one business day prior to your event. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events cancelled due to inclement weather. Contract event catering has additional provisions that may result in additional charges if cancellation guidelines are not met.

To facilitate proper guest service and clean up, we recommend service personnel for your event. Our professional staff, including event supervisors, chefs, waiters and bartenders, are available upon request.

Our event managers work with your event coordinator to design a custom menu that will satisfy every palate. Themed events, stations, seated dinners, passed hors d’oeuvres, you name it, Ambrosia Caterers will provide the services needed to make your event An Affair to Remember! We also collaborate with other vendors to assist with site selection, decor, color coordinated specialty linens, floral arrangements and more to create an event that is perfect in every way. Weddings, Anniversaries, Banquets, Church Events, Family Celebrations, Summer Soirees…your special occasion deserves our personal attention.
